I. Procedural Background

On January 9, 1976, an involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed against H. Roger Lawler (hereinafter "Debtor”) in the District of Nevada. The case was transferred to the Northern District of Texas on June 6, 1976 and on January 20, 1978, Debtor consented to an adjudication of bankruptcy.
