Three separate appeals are here involved, each being from a separate order of the trial court in probate. Ttvo of the orders appealed from are brief, informal minute entries, the substance of which is embodied in the third, a formal order of court signed by the judge and entered at length in the minutes. It is apparent that the determination of the appeal from the complete formal order will be determinative of the three appeals, and the parties have so stipulated.
