The plaintiff below, a girl of thirteen yéars, sustained serious personal injuries while upon the lands belonging to the defendant company in the county of Hudson. The property consisted of a considerable tract of land which had formerly been a large suburban homestead property, but had been abandoned as such and the title turned over to the defendant company, which was incorporated by the family interested in the property for the purpose of corporate ownership.
