The Davidson & Case Lumber Company obtained a judgment foreclosing its materialmen’s lien against certain property owned by George E. Corliss. Thereafter, and during the same term of court, Mr. Corliss filed a motion in that proceeding, seeking to vacate the judgment on jurisdictional grounds. A hearing was had on that motion, at which all parties were present; the court heard argument and overruled the motion.
