The State appeals the circuit court’s judgment to grant the post-conviction motion of Richard Buchli II. In his motion, filed pursuant to Rule 29.15, Buchli asked the circuit court to vacate the judgment and sentence of his conviction for first-degree murder and armed criminal action. He alleged that the State failed to disclose numerous pieces of exculpatory evidence in violation of constitutional guarantees recognized by the United States Supreme Court in Brady v.
