Relator State of Missouri, Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney (“State”), filed a writ of prohibition asking us to prohibit the Honorable Judge Roger Prokes, sitting as a special judge in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, from enforcing his order, whereby he excluded all *74evidence in State v. Richard Buchli, II, Case No. 16CR02-00434. We issued a preliminary writ so prohibiting Judge Prokes (“trial court” or “court”).
