The State of Missouri appeals a circuit court judgment granting post-conviction relief to Yntell Duley pursuant to Rule 29.15 and, alternatively, Rule 25.18. 1 The judgment vacated Duley’s convictions for second-degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon, three counts of first-degree assault, and four counts of armed criminal action, based on a finding that the State failed to disclose exculpatory evidence in violation of Brady v.
