MEMORANDUM OPINION

JARVIS, District Judge.

Plaintiff Vernon D. Hayse (“Hayse”) brings this action against defendants seeking reemployment, wages, and other benefits as a result of alleged violations of the Veteran’s Reemployment Rights Act, 38 U.S.C. §§ 2021, et seq., (the “Act”). This matter was tried without intervention of a jury on June 15 and 16, 1989. At the close of all of the evidence, the court took the matter under advisement and gave the parties additional time within which to file post-trial memoranda.
