This is an action seeking relief on behalf of approximately 1300 individual plaintiffs who allegedly were defrauded into purchasing worthless parcels of land in a planned community development called Colorado City, Colorado. Colorado City was to be developed by defendant, Great Western Cities, Inc. (“GWC”) and its related corporate entities, Great Western United Corp. (“GWU”), Hunt International Resources Corp.
