Before the Court is Defendant Paul G. Summers’ Motion For Reconsideration (Doc. No. 131), filed in conjunction with a supporting Memorandum of Law (Doc. No. 132) and numerous exhibits and affidavits. The sole subject of the present motion is the Court’s determination on summary judgment that Plaintiff International Tobacco Partners, Ltd.
