WIENER, Circuit Judge:
Defendant-Appellant Curtis Oneal Rhine was convicted, based on his plea of guilty without a plea agreement, on one count of possession with intent to distribute 1.89 grams of cocaine base and one count of felon in possession of a firearm. Rhine now appeals his sentence, contending that the district court clearly erred when it determined that his earlier drug-related activity was relevant conduct for sentencing purposes.
