This action was instituted and successfully prosecuted in the district court of Oklahoma county by A. O. Stanley and Golda Stanley, as plaintiffs, against the Prudential Fire Insurance Company and W. P. Westfall, as defendants, to recover on a policy of fire insurance issued by the first named defendant. The loss occurred on January 23, 1939. The insurance policy had been issued on January 27, 1938, and covered a period of one yeár; however, the period of coverage as described in the policy began at noon on January 22, 1938, and expired at noon on January 22, 1939.
