I. INTRODUCTION
This case comes before the court on the defendants’ motion to transfer. The plaintiff alleges that the defendants discriminated against her due to her familial status in violation of the Fair Housing Act (“FHA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 3601 et seq., as well as the District of Columbia Human Rights Act (“DCHRA”), D.C.Code Ann. §§ 2-1401 et seq.
