Defendants appeal by leave granted from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board. This is the third time this matter has been before us. The facts have been set out in detail in our previous decisions:

In 1977, plaintiff was certified by the Department of Social Services as a day-care aide, allowing her to provide in-home care for the children of dss clients at the state’s expense. Plaintiff was eventually hired by June Radomski, an adc recipient with two school-aged children.
