MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN T. LANEY, III, Bankruptcy Judge.
On May 13, 1993, the court held a hearing on the Chapter 7 Trustee’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. The counsel for the parties stipulated that the only issue before the court was whether the disaster payments were property of the estate.
