Presently before the court is a renewed motion for summary judgment 1 filed by the named defendant, the Bridgeport Roman Catholic Diocesan Corporation. The complaints of the multiple plaintiffs allege that Father Raymond Pcolka, a Roman Catholic priest serving in the Roman Catholic diocese of Bridgeport, sexually abused, sexually assaulted and sexually exploited the plaintiffs while they were minors.
