This is an action at law to recover damages to plaintiffs’ land resulting from vacation of a public road, the claim for such damage being based on ownership of an easement over a tract of land between the plaintiffs’ land and the vacated road. The County filed answer denying each and every allegation of plaintiffs’ petition and specifically denied that the plaintiffs had an easement or right of way from the vacated road to the plaintiffs’ land.
