Dawson v. McKinnon

The issues in this suit are largely of fact. A number of exhibits used in the trial below, consisting of plats, blue prints, and other documentary records, have been certified to us. In' order to present a clearer view of the controversy, we have prepared composite plat from the various blueprints, and supplemented it from the oral testimony introduced.
