Appellant, Mary K.Jones, appeals the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission finding that she failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence both that she is entitled to permanent disability benefits and that additional medical treatment was reasonably necessary in connection with the compensable injury. She has two arguments on appeal. First, she asserts that the Commission erred both as a matter of law and in its interpretation of the evidence when it denied her permanent disability benefits because she had no doctor’s opinion assigning her an impairment…
