Century 21 Real Estate Corporation and Century 21 South Central States, Inc. appeal from an adverse jury verdict in this suit brought under the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA). See Tex.Bus. & Com.Code Ann. §§ 17.41, et seq. (Vernon 1987 & Supp.1994). The critical issues on appeal are whether the appellants were sellers of goods or services and the sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury’s findings that the defendants violated the DTPA and did so knowingly.
