On reassignment This action was brought by Margaret Sahli for herself and for the benefit of her children against the administrator of the estate of Simon Mar-quart, deceased, to recover damages for the wrongful death of her husband who was killed while riding in an automobile driven by Marquart. The accident occurred about six o’clock p. m. on the public highway at the southwest edge of the village of Stras-burg, North Dakota.
