Plaintiff Patrick J. Medlock appeals from a district court order granting summary judgment to his former employer, United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS), on his federal claim under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and his correlative state “Burk tort” claim, see Burk v.
