This consolidated action is comprised of an individual action (Civ. No. 95-34-P-C) commenced by Plaintiff Arnold Lichtenstein against John Salterio, Peter Butera and Consolidated Services Group, Inc., and a shareholder derivative action (originally filed as Civ. No. 95-170-P-C and later consolidated 1 with Civ. No. 95-34-P-C) also commenced by Lichtenstein against Salterio.
