This is a statutory petition for certiorari brought by the Providence Gas Company (the company) pursuant to G.L. 1956 (1969 Reenactment) §39-5-1, as enacted by P.L. 1969, eh. 240, §8, against the Administrator of the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers. The company asks that we reverse an order of the Public Utilities Commission (the commission) requiring the company to make refunds to certain of its customers in a manner contrary to the terms of the company’s filed tariff. We issued a stay of the commission’s order pending a hearing and decision on the merits.
