In this action brought pro se under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, Plaintiff Edith M. Budik, M.D. (“Plaintiff’) challenges the responses of Defendant Department of the Army (“Defendant”) to her requests for information relating to her former employment at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (“LRMC”).
