Plaintiff Judicial Watch, Inc. brought this case to compel the U.S. Department of the Treasury to respond to a Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) request. The plaintiffs FOIA request sought documents related to the Treasury’s Troubled Asset Relief Program (“TARP”). Specifically, the requests relate to three meetings involving Kenneth Feinberg, an official who served as Special Master for Executive Compensation under TARP.
