On November 3, 2008, Plaintiff Erin Primmer (“Primmer” or “Plaintiff’) filed a Complaint against Defendant CBS Studios, Inc. (“CBS” or “Defendant”) alleging that her employment as a television producer on the “Montel Williams Show” was terminated in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., New York State Executive Law § 296 (“NYSHRL”) and the Administrative Code of the City of New York §§ 8-107.16, 8-107.73 and 8-107.15(a) (“NYCHRL”).
