MACY, Chief Justice.
Appellants Rodney R. Herrig and Larry G. Bean, as the next friend and guardian of Kelsey Lynn Herrig and Natalie Sue Her-rig, filed a multiple-count complaint against Appellee Farmers Insurance Exchange to recover compensatory and punitive damages, as well as attorney’s fees and interest, for alleged bad faith settlement practices. The district court dismissed the complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted and denied Appellants’ motion to amend the complaint.
We affirm.
