This writ of prohibition was filed by petitioner/defendant below, Allstate Insurance Company (hereinafter “Allstate”), seeking to restrain the enforcement of two discovery orders entered by the respondent, Honorable Martin J. Gaughan, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County.
