BLEDSOE, District Judge.

Objection was made to the discharge of the bankrupt in this case upon two grounds; one, that with intent to conceal his financial condition he failed to keep books of account or records from which such condition might be ascertained, and the other that he obtained property on credit on a materially false statemént in writing, made by him for the purpose of obtaining such credit. Upon a reference to a special master for the purpose of reporting the facts and his conclusions, with respect to the issues created by the aforesaid objections, a hearing was had, and…
