In this criminal case, defendant entered a conditional guilty plea1 to a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, ORS 475.894, following the trial court’s denial of a motion to suppress evidence obtained during a traffic stop. Defendant appeals the judgment of conviction and assigns error to the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress.
