The Garrett Biblical Institute, a corporation, filed its bill in the circuit court of Cook county alleging it was the owner of certain real estate described; that said property is exempt from taxation but that the county court rendered judgment for its sale for delinquent taxes, and in 1918 tax deeds were issued conveying the property to Jacob Glos; that Glos in 1918 executed a trust deed to Walter A.
