The plaintiff appeals from the judgment rendered for the defendants, following the granting of a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict filed by the defendant Newington Children’s Hospital (hospital), and the granting of a motion to dismiss filed by the defendant Frederick G. Adams, commissioner of health services (health services).
