This matter comes before the Court on the Motion for Sanctions by Plaintiff Books Are Fun (Clerk’s No. 92) against Defendant Imagine Nation Books, Ltd. (“Imagine Nation”), its president Earl Kaplan, and Dick-stein Shapiro Morin & Oshinksy LLP (the “Dickstein Firm”) (collectively, the “Resisting Parties”). The Dickstein Firm is a law firm representing Imagine Nation in this litigation and Kaplan in other matters and proceedings.
