This is a suit in equity, brought by the United States against the defendants named in the bill, principally the Ohio Oil Company, to have the lands in controversy, viz., the N. W. % of section 18,'township 46 north, of range 98 west of the sixth principal meridian, and the E. % of the S. W. J4 of said section, now in the possession of the defendant the Ohio Oil Company, declared by decree of the court to have been at all times from and after the 6th day of May, 1914 (the date of the withdrawal order issued by the President), lawfully withdrawn from mineral exploration…
