Plaintiff, The Ekco Products Company, Inc., (hereinafter called “Ekco”) brought this action to recover damages and in-junctive relief for alleged infringement by defendant, Chicago Metallic Manufacturing Company (hereinafter called “Chicago Metallic”), of four United States patents owned by plaintiff.
