This is an appeal from a conviction by a jury in recorder’s court .for the city of Detroit finding the defendant, J ames Anderson, guilty of conspiracy to commit larceny, CLS 1961, § 750.505 (Stat Ann 1954 Rev § 28.773), and larceny over $100, CLS 1961, § 750.356 (Stat Ann 1965 Cum Supp § 28.588). • '
