FRIEDMAN, Judge.
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) and Bryant Cobb (together, Appellants) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (trial court) denying Appellants’ post verdict motions and amended motion for post-trial relief in which Appellants asserted that the trial court committed various errors requiring judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV) or a new trial.
