OPINION
ZAPPALA, Justice.
Appellant, John Spiewak, was charged on December 12, 1987, with having engaged in involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with his fifteen year old stepdaughter, J.K., between June and December, 1983. 18 Pa.C.S. § 3123(5). 1 After a jury trial, Appellant was found guilty of one count and sentenced to a term of imprisonment of five to ten years. Post-trial motions were filed and denied by the trial court. Superi- or Court affirmed the judgment of sentence in a memorandum opinion. 400 Pa.Super. 625, 576 A.2d 1139.
