This was an action commenced by Anna Sechtem, as plaintiff, against the receivers of Oklahoma Bailway Company and Luther Jones, as defendants, in the district court of Oklahoma county, for damages for personal injuries received by plaintiff when an automobile truck, driven by an employee of the said Luther Jones, collided with a street ear on which plaintiff was riding, and which was operated by the receivers of the Oklahoma Bailway Company. The injury occurred at the intersection of Main street and Harvey avenue in the city of Oklahoma City, on the 10th day of March, 1926. The…
