This is an appeal by proponent Arthur A. Fairchild from a judgment denying probate of a will and codicil.

Myrtle F. Welch died December 22,1951. She was a widow at the time of death, her husband having died January 21, 1947. She had no children. Her heirs at law and next of kin were two brothers and a sister. By a will dated February 27, 1947, she left all her property to one brother, Arthur A.
