The bill in this cause was filed by appellant, Eugenia Naomi Jett, for divorce, disclosing that the parties re sided in Knox County, and that a separation took place in that county in February, 1926', after which the complainant removed, with her two children, aged six and four years, respectively, to Memphis, Shelby County, where the bill was filed.
