This is an action upon a certificate of membership issued to one Cornelius R. Healy in the insurance organization known as the “Burlington Relief Department.” The per*784son named as beneficiary was bis wi"e, Elizabeth A. Healy, now defendant in error herein. He lost, his life by accident Avhile in tlie service of the railroad company, leaving surviving him four minor children besides his widow, the plaintiff below..
