Defendant Marriott International, Incorporated d/b/a Long Island Marriott Hotel and Conference Center (“Marriott”) moves pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for summary judgment of Plaintiffs Robert and Kelly Sawyer’s (“Sawyer”) negligence claim against it.
