¶ 1 Tammy Brodowski (“Plaintiff”), who initiated this medical malpractice case premised on the failure to timely diagnose and treat her evolving cerebrovascular accident (“CVA” or “stroke”), appeals from the October 25, 2002 order entering judgment on a jury verdict in favor of certain health care defendants.
