¶ 1 Appellant, 1 St. Luke’s Hospital and St. Luke’s Hospital and Health Network (hereinafter referred to collectively as St. Luke’s), appeals from the order entered on June 30, 2009 denying its motion for summary judgment. Appellees represent the estates of five separate decedents in wrongful death and survival actions filed against St. Luke’s pursuant to 42 Pa. C.S.A. §§ 8301 and 8302.
