This matter is before the court on the motion for summary judgment by Plaintiff Residential Funding Company, LLC (“Residential” or “RFC”) (Doc. No. 22). For the reasons stated below, this Court grants the motion.
I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
