STEPHENSON, Circuit Judge.
This is a diversity case in which Fegles Construction Company, Inc. (Fegles) appeals from the denial by the trial court of its motion for a directed verdict. The jury, by special verdicts, held that Fegles was negligent in its design and construction of a grain drier for appellee Continental Grain Company (Continental) and assessed Fegles’ percentage of the total negligence to be 80%.
