Jorge Diego Oropeza was convicted of first degree murder, attempted first degree murder, shooting at an inhabited vehicle and discharging a firearm from a vehicle. It was found true .as to the convictions for murder and the shooting at and from a vehicle Oropeza discharged a firearm within the meaning of Penal Code 2 section 12022.53, subdivision (d).
