This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered by the Scioto County Common Pleas Court in favor of Richard R. Villarreal, M.D., and Richard R. Villarreal, M.D., Inc., defendants below and appellees herein, (hereinafter “appel-lee”), and against John Nichols, John Nichols as administrator of the estate of William Nichols, Dorthea Nichols, and Jerry E. Nichols, plaintiffs below and appellants herein.
